These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of our automated booking assistant (the "Service"). In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Tyrique.io, the operator of the Service, and "you" refers to any business that uses the Service ("Business") or any customer who interacts with it. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is an automated assistant that helps Businesses respond to customer enquiries and helps customers schedule and pay for sessions through Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and phone. It answers questions, checks availability, books appointments, and prepares estimates and invoices for the services requested.
The Service connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online to create and manage the estimates and invoices for bookings. Each Business authorises the connection to its own QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's secure OAuth 2.0 process. The connection is used solely to create and manage billing records for that Business; we do not sell or share QuickBooks data, and we use it only for the purposes described here and in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use the Service only for legitimate enquiries and bookings, and not to:
Estimates and prices provided through the Service are for the services requested and may be subject to confirmation by the Business. A booking is complete only once confirmed. Any deposit or payment terms communicated during a conversation form part of the agreement between the customer and the Business.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to keep it accurate and reliable, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Automated replies are a convenience and do not replace a direct agreement with a Business for a session.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tyrique.io, the operator of the Service, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
